The Learning and Instruction: Educational Leadership Program is focused on processes of knowledge production by practicing teachers.

The participants inquire into the complexities of learning and teaching; they are studying their practice and vision of teaching, and conceptualize their experiences in light of theoretical knowledge.

The program empowers the graduates to become pedagogical leading teachers in their schools.
