The ADAM Simulation Center
The ADAM Simulation Center at Kaye Academic College of Education in Be’er Sheva was established in 2020 with the goal of advancing communication skills among educators. Simulation-based learning offers numerous benefits, as it facilitates teaching and learning processes while enhancing emotional, social, communicative, and academic skills in an environment of mutual trust and respect. The workshops offered at the Simulation Center draw on the premise that healthy workplace relationships encourage people to share emotions and perspectives, thereby having the potential to transform conflicts into valuable opportunities for learning and growth.
