The ADAM Simulation Center at Kaye Academic College of Education in Be'er Sheva was established in 2020 with the goal of advancing communication skills among educators. Simulation-based learning has multiple benefits, as it facilitates teaching and learning processes and enhances emotional, social, communication, and academic skills in an environment of mutual trust and respect. The workshops offered at the Simulation Center draw on the premise that healthy workplace relationships encourage people to share emotions and perspectives, thus hold the potential to turn conflicts into valuable opportunities for learning and growth.
